This product is exactly what it says it does. That, to me, is the perfect product. You know what they are buying and gives you exactly what you expect. E ‘expensive, but worth it if it works as advertised. Rating: 5 / 5

If you have not already check out reviews anteriormente.Primero image that we have shared a little ‘story about the drive. We bought about five years ago for about $ 500 to $ 600. It was expensive, but often make hot tea and the tank is well insulated, the more we run our distributors filter the water is hot and cold. Around 2 years we have loved it until the tank water heater stopped working (a switch that trip as soon as it is connected by a short inside the tank.) Instead of throwing out the entire unit ($! ) I searched the web, where I could buy just the tank of hot water. OK, someone probably sold somewhere, but I could not find it. I wanted really high quality hot water tank, as was actually the second time this has happened (this unit replaced an old “cheapo” In-Sink operator instant hot water tank and dispenser that the previous owner had installed). We finally bought a simple sink water dispenser operator with a stainless steel tank and the distributor has sold only on eBay at a loss. Everything was great for another 15 months or so when the tank has the same problem. We now have two distributors of cold water and I just bought a small pot to boil hot water con.OK, then why the ice now? Around the same time the reservoir of hot water cold water dispenser is dead broke. As happened to other guests of the handle, that is just soft and the water continues to run. Somehow, when I discovered that putting all the ice dispenser would have caused the long snap into place. This problem occurs only in summer, but not a problem during the winter. Normally, just use hot water (now the second distributor of cold water) during the summer and cold water use only operate during the winter. . . but sometimes forget. It’s actually quite comical trying frantically to the nearest ice to fill out-do each bottle of water at home. This time was particularly bad and had to close the main valve of the water and fill a bag of ice around the tank before apagado.Al the first time I thought that things could be fixed so that the parties tried unsuccessfully (funny, I read another review with the same problem). Then I decided to bite the bullet and just buy a new dispenser of cold water only. I spent hours searching the web distributor of high quality water with decent reviews and could not find it. It ‘better to have at least a guarantee of 10 years if they charge $ 500, but never do. Instead of rewarding the producers of poor quality have chosen to live with this shit until someone starts to make the quality of nuevo.Nosotros never buy another product from In-Sink Erator again (three tanks of hot water each time less 2 years) and taps very expensive, can not be repaired (and I would say it must not break first). If anyone knows of a simple provider of water with a 1 / 4 “plastic pipe fitting that we use for our filter for cold water, please advise! Rating: 1 / 5

I had to change my original Sinkerator after 18 months. After receiving no aid or manufacturer of parts for warranty support, I decided to give a better chance. . . Now that is a sort of guarantee of 5 years. Under his concept of the sink is large and have very little competition. I gave 3 stars for hope. Rating: 3 / 5

As I write this I’m listening to the incessant drip of an F-HC1100 InSinkErator Designer Series Hot / cold water faucet. I have two simple keys InSinkErator in the past without problems. Reading the experiences of others, think this is, unfortunately, poorly designed or manufactured. (It looks good though!) Rating: 2 / 5

We had an HC-1100 for about 5 years and loved it. Note: The history of “love”? The tank has begun to lose and who knows when the water has caused damage to our new government, expensive. InSinkErator were contacted and said and I quote: “Your HC-1100 is 1 year home warranty that has lasted more than 5 years.” I think this means we must be grateful that it lasted so long, since the cough more than $ 250 for it. He also said that “You can not expect an appliance to last for ever.” Wow. I feel much better now my purchase. I have a $ 39 blender that lasted longer. Our investigation, we learned that the hot water tank is copper, then in plastic (which is probably what we have), and now in stainless steel. I really loved the convenience of instant hot water, but as someone said, I can do the same in a microwave and InSinkErator not give another penny to replace the unit. Or in this case, given the quality of his product, a penny. . . but I would change again. Rating: 2 / 5
